The guarantees functionality allows you to manage the registration, cancellation, modifications and reports of the guarantees deposited in and by the company. From the endorsements page you can access all those registered in the system.
The operation of the bond module is similar to that of guarantees. Unlike guarantees, whose deposit and return do not generate accounting movements, surety bonds do involve accounting. From the bail page you can access all the bail bonds registered in the system.
All the actions carried out will be reflected in the system due to the implication they have in the different modules of the application. Both from the list of endorsements/guarantees and from the file, you have access to all movements of existing guarantees in the system.
From the client/supplier file, you can consult the current guarantees from the ‘import current guarantees’ field. Clicking on the amount displays the detail of guarantees for which there is an invoice associated with the customer.
